How fast is delivery?+
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery is free on orders over $99; otherwise a flat $9.95 applies.
Can I visit the kittens before adopting?+
Yes — kitten visits are by appointment. Use our contact page to arrange a time to meet our cats and see how they're raised.
What is your returns policy?+
Unused supplies can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Kitten reservations are covered by our adoption agreement.
What health guarantee do kittens come with?+
Every kitten is TICA registered, vet-checked, vaccinated for their age, and backed by a written 2-year genetic health guarantee.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes, flexible finance options are available at checkout so you can spread the cost of your kitten or larger orders.
Do products come with a warranty & vet records?+
Kittens leave with full vet records. Supplies carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
